Search, notifications and limits

Press Ctrl or Command K, or choose Search. It finds projects, records, documents, stakeholders and change requests you are allowed to see.

The bell shows what needs you: proposals and documents waiting for your approval, change requests to decide, overdue work and milestones assigned to you, and workflows about to expire. They are worked out when you open the app. Email notifications are not available.

Set an idle sign-out, the header and footer printed on documents and a monthly limit on AI calls in Administration, Settings. This month's usage is shown there, and the audit log can be exported as CSV.
