Terms used across Project Steward.

Terms

  • Organisation (tenant): a separate workspace. Data never crosses organisations.
  • Steward: the AI assistant. It proposes; people decide.
  • Approval / proposal: a requested change waiting for a person's decision.
  • High-impact action: an action that needs an additional confirmation from a third person.
  • Manual-only action: an action people carry out themselves, recorded as an attestation.
  • Idempotency: doing something twice has the same effect as once.
  • Health (RAG): Red, Amber, Green, or Unknown (grey) when nobody has assessed it.
  • Audit log: a permanent record of consequential changes.
  • Supervision run: a background run of the Workspace Agent; only its status is visible here.
  • Row-level security: database rules that limit each person to their own organisation's rows.
  • Academic Mode: enables the Academic Workspace for an organisation.
