What you can create

Beta

Eighteen types: project charter, project plan, communication plan, stakeholder register, risk management plan, RAID log, status report, governance framework, lessons learned, closure report, business case, project brief, scope statement, work breakdown structure, quality plan, procurement plan, handover plan and benefits realisation plan.

How it works

Beta

The steward drafts from your records, the schedule facts the application has computed, and your notes. It is told never to invent dates, amounts or names: gaps are marked To be confirmed, and a date or amount that no source supports is flagged. You edit it, comment on it and an approver approves one exact version. Every save is a new version, an approved version never changes, and you can see what changed between versions.

Printing and downloading

Completed

Print from the browser, download a PDF with a contents list, your organisation's header and footer and an Approved or Draft banner, or download a Word file to keep editing there.

What the steward sees

Beta

Record titles, statuses, dates and scores, the computed schedule facts and your notes. Finance lines and stakeholder names are sent only if you tick them. This is the in-app OpenAI-based steward, not the ChatGPT agent.
