Managers enter budget, committed, actual and forecast by category. The application adds them up and reports variance and forecast at completion. Finance lines are visible only to project managers, approvers and administrators. Amounts are never converted between currencies.

Record people and organisations with interest, influence, stance and RACI role; an influence and interest grid shows who to manage closely. These are personal details: names reach the AI only if you tick it when drafting a document.

Raise a change with its schedule, cost and scope impact. Someone other than the requester decides it, with a reason; a decided request is final. Take baselines before and after to see the effect.
